Mary Goodlet

Mary Goodlet’s yoga experience spans over 45 years! Teaching mostly in Norfolk County, her collaborative studio is located in Port Dover. Her focus is on yogic philosophy and in 1988 Mary met her beloved teacher Lila with whom she studied for 15 years. Mary has attended several workshops over the years, studying with many great teachers. Along with her yoga practice, Mary has a financial services business where she believes that financial health is as important as physical and mental health.
Mary focuses on the mindful, inner energy work, leading to a meditative practice. She states “we can learn so much by keeping an open mind to any or all of the different styles and lineages of Yoga. In so doing, we create our own educated style. Yoga has been a lifelong study and practice for me, and there is no end in sight.”
Mary lives on the north shore of Lake Erie in the small hamlet of Port Ryerse with her husband Richard of 35 years. The mother of four grown children enjoys her gardens, bird watching, hiking the cliffs, the beaches, and the quiet.
