 Take a step back from the hectic world and join us for a few days of adventure, restoration & rejuvenation through Yoga, Meditation, QiGong, hikes and more. Learn how to be more attuned to your body, mind, spirit and environment. Rediscover your inner self. Walk away feeling less stressed and more connected to your deepest desires.

  

Near Haliburton, set on a pristine lake is a lovely cottage retreat nestled in the woods. Hosted by certified Yoga & QiGong instructors with over 55 combined teaching years experience.

 

What's Included:

  • two nights accommodation

  • healthy locally sourced meals

  • daily Yoga/QiGong classes

  • meditations

  • water activities and hiking

 

Energy Exchange

$445/per person single OR

$375/per person double (bring a friend and share a room!)

Check-in time Friday 3-5 PM

Check out Sunday by 3 PM

For those of you who live close to the retreat centre, please inquire about joining us without accommodations!

Prices are as follows with meals and programs, but without accommodations:

Friday: $45

Saturday: $125

Sunday: $65

All Three days $200

 

 

Friday includes:  check-in and signing forms, designate rooms, unpack, familiarize with the area and grounds, includes evening meal, circle time with an evening program of meditations, chanting, etc. To end around 9ish.

Saturday includes: morning yoga on the dock, breakfast, followed by planned activity, then lunch. Afternoon is free time which could include resting, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, etc. Dinner followed by inside or out circle time which could include a bonfire.

Sunday includes: outdoor yoga or meditation, breakfast followed by free time and packing up. Lunch then circle time with meditation and sharing. Coffee and tea for the road.

 

All meals are healthy, home-cooked and locally sourced where possible. Special diets can be accommodated.

 

What to Bring: your favourite pillow (we do have pillows if you don't bring one); hiking gear (shoes or rubber boots if wet); indoor shoes or slippers; favourite life jacket (we do have several in case you don't own one!); meditation cushion if you have one; flashlight; layers of clothing (sweater, warm pj's).

 

Cell Phones are to be turned off by 6 PM Friday for the weekend. We will have a number to give you for your loved ones to have should an emergency arise...After all...we are Peacefully Unplugging...
