For in-class, masks are required during class and we will be more than 2 M apart, so space is limited. Bathroom and sensitization stations will be available. Once registered, you will be required to sign a COVID form before each class (through email) with more safety measures. Thank you for your cooperation, looking forward to seeing you in person!

All classes are approximately 1 hour long.
Restorative Yoga: Consists of Postures (physical exercises), Pranayama (breathing exercises to deeply release stress and enhance your Life Force Energy), Mantras (sacred sounds), and Meditations (to produce calm and a feeling of presence), Relaxation.
QiGong: Increase balance and stability and help with mind/body connection. QiGong consists primarily of meditation, relaxation, physical movement, mind-body integration and breathing exercises. QiGong teaches inner strength, while toning muscles, increasing flexibility and boosting immunity power. All done from standing, QiGong is especially good for those with inflammation, chronic pain, diabetes, or anyone seeking dynamic balance and harmony in their life!
Hatha Yoga: Lots of stretching, asanas (holding poses), meditation, pranayama. Yoga to balance body, mind and spirit. Sun salutations increase concentration and strength. Yin and QiGong tossed into the mix. Increases flexibility, reduces mental tension. See 'About' page for many more benefits. Stretching becomes ever more important as we age to keep our fascia moving properly leading us to a more pain-free life.
Laughter Yoga: Laughter Yoga is a physical exercise routine which eliminates stress, stimulates energy throughout the body and creates a sense of peace and well-being.
Meditation: These classes will give us time for discussion; we'll be increasing our prana (energy work through breath) and use various meditation methods. If you're looking to connect more to 'self' and let go of worries, anxieties, and stress, meditation is the perfect solution. The great yogis all say if you have a problem-meditate. If you are worried - meditate. If someone is being difficult or you can't control a situation (most we can't!) meditate!
